2.2 Upon complete settlement of agreed commercial invoices, DesignBuildix assigns all worldwide intellectual property rights in the client-specific software deliverables, design tokens, and digital assets directly to the Client.

Refund Policy
4.1 DesignBuildix operates on a milestone-based payment model. Deposits are non-refundable once project work has commenced and a Statement of Work has been executed.
4.2 If DesignBuildix fails to deliver the agreed-upon scope within a mutually approved timeline due to internal factors, the Client may request a prorated refund for undelivered milestones.
4.3 Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 14 business days of the relevant invoice date. Requests are reviewed and resolved within 5 business days.
4.4 Custom development work, design token libraries, and accessibility audits are delivered incrementally. Partial refunds may apply to incomplete milestones at the discretion of both parties.
4.5 Monthly retainer agreements (SLA maintenance) may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. No refund is issued for the current billing period, and all services cease at the end of the notice period.
4.6 DesignBuildix is committed to resolving delivery concerns amicably. Before initiating a formal refund request, Clients are encouraged to contact our support desk for a remediation review.
